Options and Accessories
We offer several options and accessories for our family of telescope mount. Because of the custom nature of our products, we can usually accommodate your special requirements. Please contact us with your exact specifications.
Bronze Right Ascension Gear:
A solid bronze worm wheel with a stainless steel worm provides superior wear and longevity.. The standard right ascension gear drive uses an aluminum worm gear with a bronze worm.

MI-750 $1,200
MI-1000
Included
High and Low latitude Wedge For latitudes above 54 degrees and below 24 degrees, a machined wedge is required to achieve the necesary inclination of the polar assembly.

$250Custom Telescope Plate We offer a custom plate machined to accommodate the customer's telescope. Depending on the size and complexity, the price will be quoted on request. $400 - $1,800Bisque TCS
ControlThe Bisque TCS control is designed for remote operation of the telescope. The TCS includes joystick, servo control box , homing mask, and software for automated telescope control and data collection.

AstroPhysics
GTO3 controlThe AstroPhysics GTO3 control is available for use with our MI-500 and MI-750 mounts. The GTO3 features a full featured keypad , electronic control box, and Swiss-made servo motors. $1,520
Homing System
for Servo IIThe Servo II control supportsmount homing. At power on, the mount will point to a known position in the sky with no operator assistance. This allows the mount to be initialized and used remotely. MI-500

Dual Axis High Resolution
EncodersDual axis encoders provide arcsecond pointing and tracking across the entire sky. Using Renishaw encoders on each axis, the mount position is determined by these master encoders rather than the mount's drive gears and motor encoders. For use with the Servo II control.
